## How to start

There are two ways in, and they work well together:

- Bottom-up: training, so the people closest to the work find where AI fits.
- Top-down: an AI strategy picks the constraint, then we build agents and automations around that process.

## Client work

- National renovation contractor: a pre-estimate review agent checks every quote before it goes to the client. It catches zero-quantity lines, margin leakage and typo-class errors, and generates the six locked client Excel bid forms byte-perfect. Its self-improving rules engine adds a new check with every reviewer correction. A 231-line estimate becomes a client-ready workbook in one step. It runs on a client-owned, open-source stack on Australian infrastructure.
- Allied health practice, Victoria: an inbound email agent has processed about 1,750 emails and prepared 930 drafts. Every draft waits for a person.
- Local medical clinic: doctors spent 3-4 hours a week writing patient reports. Each report now takes under 5 minutes.
- Commercial construction company: safe work method statements (SWMS) went from days to hours.
- On Course Golf: a four-week Intro to Claude Cowork cohort. 9.3/10 average recommend score (NPS), the average answer out of 10 to "How likely are you to recommend it?". 7-10 hours saved a week, across three responding shops. Google review from Geoff Miles: the presentation at the On Course Golf National Conference was "extremely well received" and the four weekly pilot sessions were "very practical and positive".
