How Flowtivity started.

Flowtivity started because we kept seeing the same pattern.

    Owners tried AI and felt stuck.

    Business owners would hear about AI, get excited, try a few tools, then feel stuck.

  • Underneath

    The tools worked. The processes did not.

    Teams were still buried in admin. Information was still getting lost. Work still felt heavy.

  • The realisation

    The problem was never the tools.

    People were trying to automate bad workflows.

So we started helping businesses redesign the work itself. Map the process. Remove the bottlenecks. Then add AI where it makes sense.

When you start with the workflow and build AI around it, work gets lighter. Teams feel less burnt out. Businesses grow without hiring more people to do the same manual tasks.

That is what Flowtivity is built to do: help you see a new way of working, then build it with you.

Meet the founder.

AJ Awan founded Flowtivity after more than ten years as a technology consultant and product manager in Australian enterprise.

AJ has worked on both sides of technology: planning the work as a consultant and building products as a product manager, in banking, insurance, healthcare and energy.

He now brings that experience to small and mid-market businesses, building AI agents and automations that fit the way they already work. Where data is sensitive, that work can run on a dedicated Australian cloud, with the option to take full control of your own AI model in Australia.

AJ is based on the Gold Coast, so local teams can work with him in person.
